Charles Hogan
Managing Partner
Charles Hogan is a payments industry executive and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, acquiring, and exiting merchant acquiring and fintech platforms. He has led multiple companies through major growth transformations, institutionalization, and strategic exits. Charles previously served as President of Signature Payments, where he helped scale the company through rapid growth and a successful acquisition by North. He has also founded and led several payments ventures including Radius Payments, Direct Merchant Service, and Tranzlogic, a payment analytics SaaS platform. Charles advises financial institutions, payments companies, and investors on strategy, M&A, platform scaling, and exit preparation. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Tod Turley
Managing Partner
Tod Turley is an executive, attorney, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience in corporate law, operations, venture investment, and management consulting. He has served as CEO, COO, General Counsel, and board director across a range of industries including financial services and technology. Most recently, Tod served as Chief Operating Officer of Signature Payments. Earlier in his career he led Amerivon, a private equity investment firm, and advised companies through Seacus Advisors on strategic transactions, capital formation, and operational growth. Tod holds a Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Utah.
Anthony Aker
Operating Executive
Anthony Aker is an Operating Executive at Payment Insights with extensive experience driving revenue growth, commercial execution, and strategic partnerships across the payments and financial technology ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales organizations, expanded distribution channels, and helped management teams translate growth initiatives into measurable results. His expertise spans go-to-market strategy, revenue optimization, portfolio integration, partner development, and the commercialization of new products and services. At Payment Insights, Anthony works alongside founders and management teams to accelerate organic growth, strengthen commercial infrastructure, and enhance long-term enterprise value. He holds an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University.
Ken Rubin
Senior Advisor, Finance & Payments Analytics
Ken Rubin is a payments operations executive with more than two decades of experience in merchant acquiring, ISO sponsorship, and payments infrastructure. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Signature Payments, overseeing boarding, compliance, customer service, and residual operations. Ken has also held senior leadership roles at Esquire Bank, Newtek Merchant Solutions, and EVO Payments, where he led large-scale operational initiatives including system conversions, settlement operations, and process automation. He specializes in operational scalability, payments analytics, and financial performance optimization.
